Geiger have worked with London Stock Exchange Group / LSEG for over 10 years. In January 2021 London Stock Exchange Group acquired Refinitiv to become LSEG. To support the launch of their new global brand, Geiger were appointed to create and develop a range of clearly defined, high quality merchandise and a new online, secure shopping portal to promote the range and accrue orders from around the world.
For a brand steeped in secure, online trading, it was imperative that our e-store could match and extend the integrity of the brand online.
Initially a timed buying window was launched, which had to be clearly communicated, and populated with a range of high quality, desirable merchandise which could be fulfilled internationally to a rigid timeline to coincide with the launch of the new brand identity. This was a no-fail deadline we simply had to meet.
Collaborating with our US colleagues and internal network of suppliers, a range was successfully designed, launched and promoted to the LSEG audience and fulfilled in time for a multinational launch. Over 24,000 individual gift packs were fulfilled internationally and utilising our international network in the the US, Europe and Far East, we successfully delivered a 30% shipping cost saving against budget too!
