Designed, Decorated and Delivered by Our In-House Team.

As a leading global supplier of promotional merchandise and branded apparel, we work with leading international brands and UK businesses alike. We know what effective branded clothing needs to deliver: consistent brand representation, durability, and comfort that employees are proud to wear.

Geiger is one of the few UK distributors with in-house design, embroidery, and warehousing. We manage every stage, from design and decoration through to storage to distribution, giving us complete control over quality control, brand consistency, and turnaround times.

The Best Brands, All in One Place.

We partner with the world’s leading retail brands to deliver clothing that looks and feels premium. Dual-branding is ideal for corporate uniforms, event wear, VIP gifts, or gifts with purchase.

Our branded apparel enhances your team’s image, increases perceived value, and creates a lasting impression with clients and customers. It also opens opportunities for product differentiation, limited-edition collaborations, and co-marketing campaigns, giving your organisation a unique presence while leveraging the prestige and trust of top retail labels.

We're Trusted By Some Of The Biggest Companies.

Expertly Crafted Uniforms, Served at Starbucks Across Europe.

Starbucks relies on Geiger to deliver consistent, high-quality uniforms across the UK and Europe that meet ethical standards and reflect their brand, with dependable, long-term supply.

As Starbucks’ preferred supplier since 2012, we produce uniforms that are ethically manufactured and audited to their standards. Using 100% premium cotton, bespoke labels, and neck tape, with all embroidery completed at our in-house decoration facility, we ensure quality and brand consistency throughout production.

Through this partnership, Starbucks benefits from premium branded uniforms delivered reliably across multiple regions, fully compliant with ethical standards, and consistently aligned with their brand values. Geiger’s long-term collaboration supports quality, sustainability, and operational efficiency year after year.

From Thread to Garment, Transparency Matters.

At Geiger, we offer a select range of garments designed with traceability in mind. These products may use materials such as recycled polyester, organic cotton, recycled cotton, or blended fibres with recycled content, but the real value lies in being able to verify how each garment is made.

When choosing branded clothing, many organisations look beyond aesthetics and price to consider how materials are sourced and manufactured, and how this aligns with their ESG commitments. An important part of that is ensuring this information can be shared with the people wearing the garment.

That’s where our QR-enabled garments come in. Available on several styles within our range, these QR codes are discreetly placed on the care label inside the garment. When scanned, they provide product-specific information such as material origin, chain of custody, relevant third-party certifications (including Oeko-Tex, RCS, GOTS, Fairtrade and Ecolabel where applicable), as well as care instructions and end-of-life guidance.

Rather than relying on broad sustainability claims, this approach gives wearers direct access to verified information and helps brands tell a transparent story through the garment itself.

We offer both sustainable and non‑sustainable uniforms, so the choice is entirely yours. Options include recycled polyester, organic cotton, and renewable materials, with partnerships from pioneering brands like IQONIQ and Neutral. All sustainable garments are tested to OEKO‑TEX Standard 100, ensuring quality and authenticity.

Yes. Many of our garments are available with certifications including EN 17353 (visibility), ISO 15797 (industrial washability), EN 14404 (knee pad protection), EN 343 (wet weather protection), and EN 342 (cold weather protection). A breathable fabric allows water vapour to pass from the inside to the outside. This is measured by the MVTR value (Moisture Vapour Transmission Rate), the higher the value, the better the breathability.

Non‑iron shirts and blouses are easy to care for and can be worn immediately after washing and drying. Simply remove them with residual moisture and let them steam out on a hanger.

Finishing refers to the decoration of textiles through embroidery or printing. Popular logo placements include the left chest, sleeve, or back.

Yes. With our head office in Lewiston, Maine, USA, operations in the UK and Germany, and international partnerships, we provide global branded clothing fulfilment. Whether you need uniforms across multiple countries or local supply for one site, we deliver consistent quality and reliable service worldwide.

Yes we can offer this on request. Our teamwear packing service ensures each uniform set can be individually packed and labelled with employee names. We also offer site‑specific packing and multi‑address shipping, streamlining logistics for enterprise customers.

Yes. Cotton quality varies depending on fibre length – longer fibres (known as “staple length”) produce finer, stronger, and softer fabrics. We offer options such as organic cotton, grown without chemical pesticides or fertilisers, and Pima cotton, known for its exceptionally smooth and durable finish. For customers seeking premium comfort, we also supply Merino wool garments, which are soft, breathable, and easy to care for. To help you choose the right material for your team, we can provide samples so you can check your preferred quality and fit before placing a bulk order.

Pre-shrinking is a mechanical-thermal textile treatment that reduces shrinkage within defined tolerances. For example, untreated textiles may shrink by 18–20%, whereas pre-shrunk textiles only shrink by 6–8%.

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the world’s leading standard for processing textiles made from organically produced natural fibres. It defines environmental requirements throughout the entire textile production chain as well as mandatory social criteria.

Jersey is a fine-knitted fabric for clothing, available in single or double qualities.
This high-quality elastane material has extremely high elasticity and excellent recovery properties.
A membrane is a special film bonded to the back of an outer fabric. Membranes ensure comfort and breathability in functional clothing. They protect against external moisture while allowing water vapour to escape. Compared to conventional coatings, membranes are robust, abrasion-resistant and therefore more durable.

Multilayer laminates are fabrics where a waterproof, breathable membrane is bonded directly to one or more textile layers. This construction is common in UK workwear, outdoor jackets, and protective clothing, as it prevents water from penetrating while allowing moisture vapour to escape, keeping the wearer dry and comfortable.

  • 2‑layer laminates: The membrane is bonded to the outer fabric and lined inside to protect it, preventing direct contact with the skin.
  • 2.5‑layer laminates: The membrane is bonded to the outer fabric and protected by a thin printed or sprayed coating, making the garment lighter and more packable.
  • 3‑layer laminates: The membrane is sandwiched between the outer fabric and an inner layer (such as microfleece or mesh), creating a highly durable, comfortable garment suitable for demanding environments.

For true waterproof performance, seams must be sealed with tape. Without seam sealing, garments are only water‑repellent, not fully waterproof.

Microfleece is a soft, lightweight polyester fabric that provides warmth without bulk. It is breathable, wind‑resistant, quick‑drying, and easy to care for, making it ideal for uniforms, workwear, and outdoor clothing, especially in the UK climate!

It’s a globally recognised certification proving that textiles are tested for harmful substances and safe for human health. Every part of the garment (fabric, thread, buttons, and zips) is checked against strict international criteria. For businesses, this ensures compliance with chemical safety regulations and gives confidence that your branded uniforms are responsibly produced.

In branded clothing fulfilment, on‑demand production means garments are decorated only when ordered, rather than pre‑stocked. – This eliminates pre‑financing, procurement costs, storage, and leftover stock.

Piqué is a textured cotton fabric with a raised and recessed weave that gives it a quilted look. Best known as the classic polo shirt material, it is breathable, durable, and keeps its shape, making it ideal for uniforms, corporate apparel, and promotional clothing in the UK market.

Polyester fabrics are synthetic textiles that are tear
resistant, lightweight, quick
drying, and durable. They absorb very little moisture and can be engineered for different performance properties, making them ideal for uniforms, sportswear, and corporate apparel. We also offer recycled polyester options for customers seeking sustainable solutions.
Spun‑dyed (also known as solution‑dyed) fibres are coloured during the fibre production process, so the pigment becomes part of the fibre itself. This method uses far less water, energy, and chemicals than conventional dyeing, while producing fabrics that are highly colourfast and resistant to fading. Spun-dyed garments are ideal for those looking for sustainable uniforms and branded clothing.

Softshell fabric combines the outer and mid‑layers of clothing in one garment. It has a smooth, windproof and water‑repellent outer surface with a soft, comfortable inner layer. Softshell jackets are elastic, breathable, and durable, offering freedom of movement and making them ideal for workwear and outdoor uniforms in the UK climate.

Stretch fabrics are created by adding fibres such as Lycra (elastane), which increase elasticity. This improves comfort, fit, and freedom of movement, making them popular for corporate uniforms, sportswear, and promotional apparel.

Knitwear refers to garments made by interlocking loops of yarn using needles. They are typically thicker, heavier, and more insulating than woven fabrics, offering warmth and flexibility. Knitwear is widely used in jumpers, cardigans, and winter uniforms.

Sweatshirt fabric is a single‑layer knitted textile, often circular‑knit, with a soft backing yarn. The inside may be brushed for extra warmth and comfort. Brushed sweatshirt fabrics can produce some lint initially, but this usually stops after a few washes. It’s commonly used in hoodies, sweatshirts, and casual uniforms.

High‑quality heat‑transfer printing uses heat, time, and pressure to bond designs into fabric. It produces a soft, stretchy, and durable finish, suitable for multi‑colour motifs and uneven surfaces. It withstands both domestic and industrial laundering, making it ideal for promotional textiles and uniforms.

Yes. Following the care instructions ensures textiles retain their quality, colour, and fit. Many garments can be washed at 30°C, but care labels should always be checked to maintain durability.

A zip‑in system allows garments to be combined into 3‑in‑1 jackets. For example, a fleece or softshell can be zipped into a waterproof outer shell. Jackets can be worn separately or together, offering year‑round flexibility for uniforms.
