London, UK – August 28th, 2024  Geiger UK has been awarded Platinum status by EcoVadis for the third year in a row. The award places Geiger UK in the top 1% of all businesses reviewed, reinforcing the organisation’s growing reputation as a champion in sustainable operations and customer solutions.

“A Platinum award status is a great testimony to our business, our team, and our culture,” explains Vicky Kinasz, Managing Director of Geiger International. “We’re so proud that after first attaining Platinum status in 2022, we have been able to not only maintain our award, but to improve our commitment to sustainability and achieve our highest score ever, 90/100!!”

EcoVadis is the leading collaborative platform for sharing sustainability data between businesses, and the world’s most trusted provider for assessing corporate performance in the field of sustainable development.

The assessment itself covers four pillars: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. To receive the very highest rating of Platinum, companies need to score above 80% overall across all pillars. Geiger achieved a score of 90% in the overall assessment, placing them in the top 1% of businesses reviewed, and providing yet more confidence to their customers, colleagues and partners that their sustainability pledges are making a positive difference.

“As a global leader in sustainable practices, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of promotional campaigns for businesses around the world,” says Jo-an Lantz, President & CEO of Geiger. “The trust and transparency we offer, combined with our creativity and world-class customer service, make us the preferred partner for businesses seeking the most effective and environmentally responsible solutions for their brands.”

David Geiger, a fifth-generation family member and the organisation’s Vice President and General Counsel, highlighted the enduring values of the Geiger family. “The Geiger family has always prioritised longevity – whether it’s the longevity of our business, our customers’ businesses, or the planet we share. This commitment is a cornerstone of our approach to responsible business practices and environmental stewardship, and it is so rewarding to see this reflected in our third Platinum EcoVadis award.”
